Guest Instructions

🔑 Key Pickup

Upon arrival at the castle, please collect your key from the key box marked with your room number.
You will receive the access code separately (via SMS or email).

The key boxes are located next to the right pillar of the entrance gate
(when standing with your back to the castle).

🚗 Parking

Free parking is available directly in front of the castle entrance.

☕ Shared Kitchen

A shared, fully equipped kitchen is located on the first floor.
Coffee and tea are available free of charge.

In the kitchen you will find:

• the Wi-Fi password
• a phone number for the property manager in case of technical issues

🚰 Water

The water at the castle has a higher content of iron and manganese and may therefore appear slightly discolored.
It is regularly tested and completely safe for use.

🐾 Dogs and the Castle Orchard

The castle orchard is fully fenced and intended for relaxation for both you and your dogs.
Before letting your dog off the leash, please make sure that all gates are properly closed.

💡 Historic Building Features

Some light switches may respond with a slight delay.
Thank you for your patience – this is a characteristic of a very old, carefully renovated building.

🚭 Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire castle premises.

🔑 Keys at Departure

Upon departure, please leave the keys inserted in the lock on the outside of your room door and simply close the door behind you.
Please do not return the keys to the key box.
